Wrongful Death Lawyer and Pain of the Decedent
Among the things a wrongful death lawyer can add to damage claims in a wrongful death action are pain and suffering that the decedent suffered prior to their death. Although at first glance, this may seem to be a difficult thing to judge, since the deceased person is not present to describe their pain and suffering, there are jury awards the wrongful death lawyer can ask for as personal injury damages.
